Clean Your Hands
2 Remove either the right or left contact lens also place in the center of your palm.
3 Using a multi-purpose contact cleaner, decline three to four drops onto the area of the lens.
4 Rub the contact lens in a circular action, very gently, for nearly 3 internet site-6 website seconds. Work this by way of the index finger of your other hands.
5 Rinse the lens well with saline solution, and place into some contact lens situation filled by means of clean solution.
6 Repeat with the other lens.
Tips & Cautions
Always make guaranteed your hands are clear before getting out or putting with your contact lens.
